How soon will I receive my order after purchasing?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships. We currently ship within the U.S., and local pickup in Cincinnati is also available!
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
